Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you. CT999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the CT999 app and website at the time of the transaction. These minimums may be updated from time to time. CT999 reserves the right to set transaction limits on individual accounts where appropriate.
All bets placed on CT999 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend or withdraw a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where CT999 expressly provides a cash-out or partial cash-out facility for a specific market. The CT999 sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, football, Esports and other sports as listed in the platform.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body. For cricket, PSL results are settled according to the official scorecard and match result. In cases where a result is disputed or a match is abandoned, CT999 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the specific market — these are displayed within the platform alongside each market type.
CT999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: a match being abandoned before a result is determined; an event being cancelled; an obvious pricing error on the part of CT999; evidence of match manipulation; or a bet being placed by an account that is under investigation for prohibited activity. Void bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.
Where an obvious error has been made in the pricing of a market — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — CT999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. CT999 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds that are substantially below the fair market price for the event in question.
CT999 offers a full library of online casino games including video slots, classic slots, progressive jackpots, Megaways titles, live casino table games and live game shows. All games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to the rules programmed into each individual game by the provider.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and represents the theoretical long-term percentage of wagers returned to players. RTP values are for informational purposes and do not guarantee any outcome in a specific session.
